【You Raise Me Up 你鼓舞了我】這首歌是由Brendan Graham（愛爾蘭小說家/作詞家）作詞，挪威 Secret Garden 樂團的Rolf Lovland作曲，具有濃郁的塞爾特民謠風味，是一首很能安慰人心的歌曲。在 2001年由愛爾蘭歌手Brian Kennedy 與 Secret Garden樂團首唱，並用在同年的 911事件追思活動上而受到注意。之後經美國古典流行歌手喬許.葛洛班 Josh Groban 翻唱引起風潮，在美國“公告牌”上蟬聯了6周冠軍，電臺播放超過50萬次，並獲得2005年葛萊美獎的提名。這首歌曲締造的紀錄不只如此，2005年末光是美國就有不只80個版本的演譯，被提名各類音樂獎項的次數更是難以計算，這首曲子被錄製的次數高達125次以上，在世界各地被改編成各種不同的語言，許多知名歌手都曾以他們的聲音來詮釋演繹，較知名的包括Josh Groban、Westlife（西城男孩）、Celtic Woman、Russell Watson、Selah以及王立宏等。
